Ebisu - San Francisco, CA
Gosh, this is my favorite Japanese restaurant in San Francisco.
Their sushi is fresh and the menu is long. The price is affordable but can get expensive when you order all the specials and get all the variety like we always do. But go to the one in San Francisco only and not the one at the SFO (Airport).
Always try to go around 6pm or earlier. The line gets very long after that and the wait can easily be over an hour unfortunately.
Eat at Hotei Restaurant across the street and you can order sushi from Ebisu. Not sure what the arrangement or relationship between the two, but that's how it works.
