Peninsular Hotel - Kowloon, Hong Kong
Have a lot of money to burn? Go to Pennisular Hotel Lobby for High Tea. I have the good fortune to go there a lot with my parents on weekends with their friends when I was young. I ususally order Hot Chocolate and an Orange Juice. But later when I went there with my college friends , I just order a hot Lemon Tea. They are really expensive! I don't know how much High Tea cost but I heard around US$25.00 per person.

While back in Hong Kong for vacation when I was studying abroad, I went to Felix on the 28th floor with our friends from Canada. It was and probably still is the swankiest bar and restaurant in Hong Kong for the young and rich. It has the best closeup view of the Victoria Harbor at night. The interior was designed by ubiquitous Philippe Starck. The food itself is not too special but the atmosphere is unique and the crowd is trendy.
